Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may be eligible to return your item for a store credit.
Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. This includes issues related to size, style, color, or fit.
Instead, we provide a Store Credit once we receive and approve your return.
Return Timeframes
- United States: Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- International Orders: Returns must be received within 28 days of receiving your parcel.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. European customers have a cooling-off period of 14 days.
International orders refer to those shipped to:
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Bahrain, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Kuwait, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Singapore, and Taiwan.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, without odors, such as cigarette smoke, and with tags attached
- Include your order name, number, or email inside the parcel for reference
Please note:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- We do not provide return labels
- We do not charge restocking fees if the return is a fault of ours

We HIGHLY recommend you purchase a tracking number from the local carrier and email us the tracking number once you have mailed the item.
Store Credit Processing:
Once we receive your return:
- Your return will be processed within 1–2 business days
- A store credit will be issued to the email used for your original order
- You can use your store credit to repurchase your preferred item.
Due to the rapid stock turnover of our manufacturers and suppliers, we do not hold items or sizes for exchange. All exchanges are processed through store credit and a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Include in your email:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number and contact details
Once we confirm the fault, we will arrange for a replacement or another resolution.
Some collections cannot be returned because they are customized for each customer.
These items include Special Occasion Dresses, Special Occasion Gowns, Heirloom pieces, Flower Girl and Wedding Wear, as well as Couture Sale Items.
