Once packages are shipped from our suppliers' warehouses, they may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability and increased volume with USPS and our other shipping carriers.
We recommend upgrading to priority shipping for time-sensitive orders. Holidays might extend shipping times; we thank you for your patience!

Your order may be divided into multiple shipments if the items originate from different locations. Processing time generally takes from 3 to 5 days. Baptism and christening dresses may take 8–15 days to process due to their customized nature. Please email all concerns before ordering, including sizing, at thepalmbeachbaby@gmail.com.Â
All items reference an ESTIMATED shipping time, which is the best approximation of the shipping duration for each product. These dates can and do change. While we make every effort to deliver on or before these dates, please be aware that some items come from overseas and thus may have a slightly different shipping time. To ensure the best service experience, we encourage customers to avoid making time-sensitive purchases for customized items.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received. For more return information, please refer to our return policy below.
Orders of $200 and up require signature confirmation upon delivery.
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. The Palm Beach Baby is not responsible for package deliveries that are affected by an invalid or outdated address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, delays in air and ground transportation, strikes, customs issues, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. When sending an order to a freight forwarding address, The Palm Beach Baby reserves the right to cancel it.
Order Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day.Â
If you are missing items or shipments, or if you have any concerns about the products you received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location, as we will not process refunds or reshipments once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
International Orders
International purchasers assume all risks associated with international shipping, including loss, theft, customs seizures, clearance, levies, storage charges, broker fees, and similar issues (collectively referred to as "International Shipping Events"), and you agree that The Palm Beach Baby shall not be held liable for any of these events.
International orders (outside of the United States) may be subject to VAT, import taxes, or other fees that the local customs authority deems appropriate. These VAT, import taxes, and other fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by The Palm Beach Baby; therefore, they cannot be refunded.
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item if not already included in product prices. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery, and these charges will be the customer's responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.Â
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Return Policy
- Returns within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a refund
- Returns within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only
- Returns after 30 days do not qualify for a refund or store credit.
- Items must be new, with original tags and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage
- Please email us at thepalmbeachbaby@gmail.com upon receiving an item receipt to request a return. We will reply as soon as we can.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or store credit
- Returns over $250 will be issued store credit only and are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days
- We offer no exchanges at this time
- Please report returns due to defects immediately to thepalmbeachbaby@gmail.com, providing a picture of the damaged or defective item. In the instance of defect or damage, return shipping will be paid by The Palm Beach Baby.
- In the event you have a change of mind or the item does not fit, return shipping will not be paid by us. Please make sure you measure your child VERY carefully to ensure a good fit.
- Should your child be between sizes, we recommend you choose the next size up.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received.
