STORE CREDITS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Hello, our precious little and big customers! 👶 👶 We want you to be happy with our products, but sometimes they may not meet your (and your mommy's) expectations. Here’s the scoop on our return and exchange game plan:

🌴 Exchanges & Store Credit Only

  • We offer refunds in the form of store credit.
  • If you need a different size or there was an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered! We'll just ship you another size or offer a store credit (if the necessary size is not available)!
  • We appreciate your understanding that the item will be more apt to be in new condition when it is mailed no later than 5 days from the delivery.
  • Mom and Dad, your item needs to be in the mail within 2 days of your item's return approval.
  • Acquiring a tracking number is highly recommended!


 

🌺  Eligibility for Return

  • Our precious little customers require unscented, hair-free, unstained clothing and accessories. We are cognizant of this, so we aim to provide them with new, clean, hair-free, perfume-free, unworn items in original packaging and have all tags still attached.
  • Kindly provide an order number, buyer's name, and email with your return.
  • Please understand that we are unable to accept returns for worn or damaged items.

🌴 Sale Items and Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards
  • Special Occasion Dresses and Clothing: Special Occasion Gowns, Baptism, Christening, Heirloom, Flower Girl and Wedding Attire, and swimwear items due to the customization of these garments and accessories.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a store credit or refund for a change of mind since our items are custom-made.


 

🌴 Initiating a Return

 To initiate a return, please zip us an email at ThePalmBeachBaby@gmail.com.

 Good news! We make it easy to return damaged or incorrect items. Just mail it to: 

  • The Palm Beach Baby, 3055 Burgoyne Lane, West Palm Beach, Florida 33409.
  • Another bit of positive news! You can use a store credit to purchase multiple goodies for your precious one. 
  • We will be waiting for your damaged or incorrect item within 20 days of your receipt. 
  • We have your back!  Provide us with the tracking number, and we will diligently monitor your package!

 


 

⚡ Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Once our tracking indicates that your package has been marked as "delivered," we recommend that you reach out to USPS or your local post office for assistance and also confirm with family and neighbors.

 


 

⚡Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. 
  • Please email us a picture of the damaged item.
  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We will gladly zip out a replacement or provide a store credit to go on a shopping spree!. 

 


 

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

  • When you return an item, you are responsible for providing the shipping label and tracking information.
  • Refunds do not cover shipping unless the error or the condition was our or our manufacturer's fault.

 


 

👶 How Store Credit Works

  • Once you send your item with a tracking number to us, you will automatically receive a store credit code to use on your next purchase.

⚡ Just a friendly reminder: Store credit covers the cost of the item but does not include shipping fees.
