We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have made our customers our greatest priority. We gladly accept returns if the following conditions have been followed:

RETURNS

Should you receive a defective, wrong size, or damaged item, please email us to let us within 1 day (24 hours) of receipt. 

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, we can’t offer you a refund. We can only offer a store credit or a gift certificate up to a 30-day period from when you received the item.

Returned items must be unworn and UNWASHED. They must be returned in their original packaging. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, the smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or the tags have been removed it will not qualify for a return.

To complete your return, we require the packaging and the Palm Beach Baby Order Number to be mailed with your return.  Please email us at thepalmbeachbaby@gmail.com to request a return. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Beyond 14 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where a store credit or store coupon will be issued: (if applicable)

All returns over $100 will be issued an in-store credit & restocking fee of 10%.

Items Lost In The Mail: Should your package show it has arrived at your destination but you do not see it, you will need to report it to the US Post Office and have them check on its whereabouts, along with providing them with the tracking number. They will trace it for you. You can also check with other members of your household or your neighbors. 

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 25 business days of when we received the merchandise back. We are not responsible for the item should it get lost in the mail, while returning it to us. Please purchase a tracking number through the United States Postal Service and email us the tracking number the day you mail it so we can keep a lookout for it. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thepalmbeachbaby@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us to let us know. We will reply within 48 hours with an approval. Once you receive our approval email, please email your item in its original packaging to 3055 BURGOYNE LN, WEST PALM BEACH, FL, 33409, United States. We can not issue a gift certificate, store credit, or refund until we have received the item.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to 3055 BURGOYNE LN, WEST PALM BEACH, FL, 33409, United States. Please email us first at thepalmbeachbaby@gmail.com to request a return.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs when returning your item unless it is due to our error, or the error of our suppliers. For international orders. Should you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If the price of the item you purchased is over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance so you are able to track it. We are unable to guarantee your shipped item will be received by us and can not be held liable if it does not. We have to have received it back for your purchase be eligible.
