Hello, our precious little and big customers! 👶 👶 We want you to be happy with our products, but sometimes they may not meet your (and your mommy's) expectations. Here’s the scoop on our return plan:

🌴 Return Policy

  • Items may be returned under the following conditions: 

    • The request for a return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns must be mailed to us within 2 days of our approval.
    • We do not accept exchanges unless damaged or the wrong item was sent due to our fault.
    • Please ensure your address and size selection are correct before ordering. We cannot make changes to either one once your package is mailed.
    • Tracking for the returned item needs to be emailed to us at thepalmbeachbaby@aol.com.
    • The item must be in new, unworn condition free of stains and odors
    • Please place item in the original clear plastic bag, untorn, that it arrived in, if possible
    • All swimwear must have tag attached and hygiene liner in place to be eligible for return
    • All pajamas/rompers must have a tag attached to be eligible for return.
    • We have your back!  Provide us with the tracking number, and we will diligently monitor your package!

 

🌺  Eligibility for Return

  • Our precious little customers require unscented, hair-free, unstained clothing and accessories. We are cognizant of this, so we aim to provide them with new, clean, hair-free, perfume-free, unworn items in original packaging and have all tags still attached. Packaging needs to be intact and not torn.
  • Kindly provide an order number, buyer's name, and email with your return.
  • Please understand that we are unable to accept returns for worn or damaged items or packaging.

🌴 Sale Items and Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards
  • Please understand that special occasion clothing, such as Special Occasion Gowns, Baptism, Christening, Heirloom, Flower Girl and Wedding Attire, due to the customization of these garments and accessories.
  • Please carefully measure your cutie before choosing a size on the size chart and ordering.

🌴 Initiating a Return

 To initiate a return, please email us at ThePalmBeachBaby@gmail.com.

 Good news! We make it easy to exchange damaged or incorrect items.

  • Notify us within 2 days at palmbeachbaby@gmail.com with a picture of the damage. 
  • We will mail order you a replacement right away.
  • We have your back!  Provide us with the tracking number, and we will diligently monitor your package!

 

 

⚡ Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Once our tracking indicates that your package has been marked as "delivered," we recommend that you reach out to USPS or your local post office for assistance and also confirm with family and neighbors. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. 

 

 

⚡Damages and issues

  • Kindly examine your order thoroughly upon receipt and reach out to us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. 
  • Please email us a picture of the damaged item.
  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We will gladly send a replacement.

 

 

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

  • When you return an item, you are responsible for providing the shipping label and tracking information.
  • Refunds do not cover shipping fees unless the error or the condition was our or our manufacturer's fault.

⚡Reminder: 

  • We provide refunds to your method of payment up to 7 days of receipt.
  •  Items must be unworn, scent-free, in new condition, with tags, and still in their wrapping to qualify for a refund or store credit.
  • Items also must be mailed within 2 days of our return approval.  Gift certificates are non-refundable.
