SHIIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
All orders sent to the U.S. are absolutely Free. Orders mailed to other countries are charged based on weight. Shipping times are 2-4 weeks as we ship from global suppliers.This is so we can get the best deal possible for you. Please make certain your shipping address is correct and complete. A tracking number will be sent to you at time of shipment. Mailing updates and delivery notification will be sent to you to keep you informed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. They must be returned in their original packaging. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or the tags have been removed it will not qualify for a return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at CustomerServicePBBaby@GMail.com to request a return.You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Beyond 30 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs for returning your item unless it is due to our error, or the error of our suppliers. For international orders. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
